Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Items must be reported as defective/damaged within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at info@brease.co.za
  • Brease reserves the right to reject claims not made in accordance with this policy.
  • Refunds (where approved) may take 3–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Brease may, from time to time, make promotional or discount codes available to customers. The following conditions apply:

  1. Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer.
  2. Codes must be applied at checkout – they cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been confirmed.
  3. Unless specified, discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items or combined with other promotions.
  4. Promotional codes are valid for a limited period and may expire without prior notice.
  5. Discount codes are non-refundable. Refunds on items purchased with a discount will reflect the actual amount paid, and the code will not be reinstated.
