Warranty Policy at Starvie

At Starvie, we understand the importance of ensuring our customers' satisfaction with our products. We strive to provide high-quality padel rackets that meet or exceed your expectations.
To support this commitment, we offer the following warranty policy:

Coverage

Our warranty policy covers any abnormalities in materials and defects in workmanship of padel rackets. This includes issues arising from manufacturing defects.
The standard warranty for all products is three years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Process

Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will acknowledge its receipt and initiate the necessary steps to evaluate the claim. Please note that Starvie.co.za is acting as the official distribution retailer of Starvie equipment and has the final say over warranty processes

Exclusions

Our warranty will not cover damages caused by any of the following:

  • Impact of the padel racket on any object, such as walls, the ground, other equipment, or structures.
  • Playing with your padel racket in wet conditions or with wet accessories.
  • Damages to your padel racket being exposed to excessive heat or cold for prolonged periods.
  • Damage to your padel rackets caused by using inappropriate accessories; such as tennis balls.
  • Chips or cracks on your padel rackets resulting from impacts with objects other than designated playing equipment.
  • Damage to your padel racket resulting from falls or misuse of the product.
  • Damage caused from using your padel racket outside its intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear, as all padel rackets have a natural lifespan.
  • Use of the padel racket in rental or commercial environments.

Additional Information

  • Proof of purchase may be required to process warranty claims.
  • You will be required to send the racket serial number with your warranty claim.
  • Please note: We may need you to send your racket for further investigation.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Starvie reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy without prior notice.
