Refund policy

At StarVie South Africa, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience any issues with your order, our team is here to assist and make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Collection Options

We offer the following return options for your convenience:

  • We can arrange collection from your address for:
    • R150 for rackets
    • R200 for bags
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to return the item using your own preferred courier or shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Balls
  • Grips
  • Gift Cards

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from wear, use, or damage
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  • Rackets must still have the original plastic seal intact around the grip

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and advise on the outcome of the return request.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a refund or cancellation is requested due to customer error or a change of mind, any applicable service or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For returns not caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been received and signed for by us.

Product Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect.
